UCF Continuing Education

The UCF Division of Continuing Education offers a wide selection of courses designed to help you prepare for your next big steps in college or career, grow personally or professionally, and transform your future. UCF CE brings you project management training that fits your career and education goals. Training includes courses for those new to project management, those with senior-level experience, and PDU courses to help maintain PM credentials. This interactive and engaging program includes concepts, tools, and insights that are critical to success in a management role. The course will be delivered in three-hour modules via Zoom and will allow you to participate in group exercises as you discuss effective communication, conflict resolution, or impacting performance.
