They worked tirelessly to make sure our doors were perfect! Top-notch customer service. They stand behind their work and worked with us to make sure our issues were fixed. Used them previously for our windows and am happy with the product and install. 15. Initial install of doors and hardware resulted in 1/2 of the door hardware being incomplete. Handles did not match on the double doors. Took about a month for new hardware and it still wasn't right. About a week and a half new hardware arrived and installed. It does match the primary door handle, but I believe it is still not correct. The handle on the 2nd double door has a dummy key slot, and on the inside a dummy lock for the door. I believe it should be a blank. However, we have sold our home and don't want to mess with it any further. In our new home, we want to replace the doors and possibly replace the windows with hurricane windows. We love the new doors we purchased from you, but we will not be using your company on our new home.
