Four I do not recommend using this insurance company. I originally thought that it was a reputable company but I was proven wrong. Five I am late to post this review. But back in November I had Rachel (Renee) help me with getting my insurance set up. We ran into many obstacles during this process, but she never gave up or set my needs aside. She went home after work hours, called me and continued to help me from home. We were in her office for about an hour before having to part ways and then we were on the phone with the insurance company for about 4-5 more hours. We got off the phone at 10:30pm. She never stopped fighting for me and helping me get the answers we needed. I could not recommend her any more! Renee is truly an amazing human inside and out and I know if I ever need anything else, I will come back to her! Thank you again for all you did for me!
