I was able to speak to Angel, the designer and change our product as we spoke, he made suggestions and was always available via text or phone call. Highly recommend this place to anyone doing quality business. 8.  I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service from Treasure Coast Print House. I called twice and was told Alexis would send me a quote for a banner I needed to celebrate my granddaughter's basketball accomplishment. I followed up with a text and received no response. I always prefer local businesses over big-box stores, so I was pleased when Alexis said they could have it done for the event. But after multiple attempts to get the quote, I never heard back. This experience is unprofessional; if they promise and offer a service, they should provide it. Thankfully Staples saved the day and had a beautiful banner done that even included my granddaughter’s picture. I will never use them for anything, and I would never recommend anyone to use them for any printing. Hi Alexis Thank you for reaching out. I have a few things to clarify from our conversation on Friday and Saturday. You mentioned you would send me a quote in an invoice that included the email. I never received that invoice and got no response from you. Without the invoice, I had no way of knowing where to send the artwork. Also, after giving you the measurements of 96x48, you informed me that size was too big and suggested 6 feet. I wanted to make sure everything was on track with this project, and I reached out to you twice for the status. now, I am left scrambling to get the banner printed at the last moment, especially with Monday being a holiday. I like communication, and when doing projects like this, it should be clear and easy. While it was not, it left me scrambling and a little frustrated.
