My air conditioning unit went out and I needed a new unit immediately. d n d sent Catarino and his son to install a new unit, which included a new handler with an ultra violet light and new thermostat. Everything was smooth from start to finish, including their informing me at every step of the way. Very friendly and highly efficient. Everything was done and installed within two days of me calling for my air conditioning unit going out. I am very happy with the service I got. Would highly recommend!4. I had a great experience with D&D Air. My AC stopped working for me; it would run, but it wasn't cooling me during that crazy hot week. I called 3 companies. The second company I scheduled for a quote. Chris Whitney was the rep who came to my house. I also met him when asking about their $2500 credit on a new HVAC, which I received a mailer about. Chris was a wonderful sales rep, explaining the different options, systems, and warranties, in a way I could understand (and I don't know much about HVAC systems/tech), and he answered my questions in a non-pushy way. D&D’s quotes were significantly—like multiple thousands of dollars—better than the first company’s, and knowing a little about the Daikin brand, I felt like the quoted Daikin system was a reliable choice for me. I liked the quote and also appreciated the non-pushy and informative sales presentation that Chris gave me, so I picked D&D to be my company that day, instead of waiting for the third quote. I’m very pleased with my choice. Although the Daikin system was a little more expensive, it comes with superior warranties, including 12 years on the service, parts, and condenser. And I love how the condenser unit outside is way less bulky than my old one! I was able to schedule installation for the following day at 8:30am. The team—Carlos and two other guys—required a few minutes early, worked all day, and totally got everything done correctly, professionally, politely, and cleaned up behind themselves which is pretty unusual for many people here in Florida! If you have HVAC troubles, definitely contact D&D Air.5. Excellent servise , warranty and price. Called them yesterday and my unit is already installed today.
