Feedback received from our customers regarding our company, and services we offer; Now that I have had time to reflect, I realize that this company is absolutely awesome. They are honest and reliable. I wouldn't think of taking my car anywhere else for inspection services. Thank you so much for your help! -J This is that rarest of rare shops where common sense trounces nonsense. Prices have to be reasonable there are enough experienced people to know what they're talking about and are willing to explain, discuss, and work with the customer. Instead of selling you everything they can, they recommend what you need and allow the customer to dictate how far in the repair they are able/willing to go. Free uber rides home is another unexpected courtesy. The kind of shop that has great prices, will work with you, and where when you drop off a vehicle you actually know when it will be ready for pick up. Cannot recommend enough! -D I had a great experience at this shop. The service adviser explained everything to me. He showed me my vehicles AWD system and how that impacts my tire tread. Everything was clean and the waiting room was nice. I just had a coolant flush and oil change done. -J Grear Service, Tyler and Joel were outstanding- R Honest, great techs, executed as promised. Highly recommend. -G Best auto shop I have ever been to.-K They took my car immediately. Electrical problem done within 24 hours which usually takes way longer. They charge great prices as well. Would recommend this place to anyone.-A Trustworthy either excellent customer service. Saved me a lot of money by not performing unnecessary work recommended by another shop plus a better price on what was quoted elsewhere. I have a 2021 GTI - and with their continued service expect to have running great for years and miles to come! -B Joel and Jesse were so helpful ! -L Jim Taylor automotive allowed me to drop off my car without having to be there. They understood my concerns and took care of my car. They did a diagnostic to check if there’s any issues. They never charged me. They did bring to my attention about how stripped all my wheel Lugs were. I never knew. That would created way more problems.-O I went ahead and let them change my Lug nuts. Thank you !!!!!!-M They lived up to their good reputation. They did a great job repairing my car. My favorite thing about the service is that it was carefully explained to me -S I realized I needed an alignment on my car at 3:30 PM. I was planning to leave town the next day. Jim Taylor normally closes at five. I brought my car in at 4:10. They gave it back to me at 5:15. The out the door price was $162. The Toyota dealer charge would have been $225 for the same job. The clerk Jean was funny and personable. I napped in the chair in the anteroom. Altogether, a consummate experience in professional service with a relaxed, humane feel. -C New staff up front is amazing!!!!! Definitely recommend Joel and Tylor. Very informing and honest.- U I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Travis and his colleague (I apologize for not getting his name). They went above and beyond to help me when my check engine light came on. I've always been fortunate that my late husband handled all of the vehicle maintenance, repairs, and even making sure the tires had enough air. Having to navigate this on my own was overwhelming, especially knowing I needed to get back to work on Monday. Travis and his colleague were so kind, patient, and understanding. They took the time to check the code for my engine light, explain what was going on, and point me in the right direction by recommending I take my vehicle to the appropriate service center for diagnostic and repair. Before bringing my car back, they even noticed my tire pressure was low and, despite it being a busy Saturday, took the time to add air before sending me safely on my way. Their compassion, professionalism, and willingness to help made all the difference during a stressful day. This will absolutely be the first place I call in the future. Thank you both for your outstanding customer service and kindness.
