I can confirm that I lost money due to his handling of my case. He had me sign an agreement without a thorough review or explaining the fine print, which later went against me. Careful attention was missing, and the oversight was avoidable with proper care and attention to detail. He often spent our meetings discussing other cases irrelevant to mine, which made me question his dedication to the case. I was disappointed to see that he wasn't keen on going to trial. I felt that he was unsure or insecure of his ability to fight in court. In my opinion, an attorney should be thorough, professional, and be ready to take a case to trial if necessary. He failed to meet these benchmarks during my case. My biggest problem with his approach is the repeated cancellations and postponements of hearings, not moving the case forward towards a trial.
