The entire team is professional, friendly, and truly caring. The office is modern and spotless, and every appointment feels efficient and stress-free. They explain everything clearly and always make you feel comfortable and confident in your treatment. If you’re looking for an orthodontist you can trust, this is the place! We love them. My son has been coming here over a year and we could not be happier. When my youngest was having an issue i talked to Dr. Shih, he explined the situation was patient and answered all my questions and took care of him. The level of care and professionalisim is exceptional. My daughter is a patient here and we just love the staff and the atmosphere. Everyone is so personable, so knowledgeable and Dr Shih has such a fun personality. Let’s be honest, a lot of people dread any dental appointment but this appointment we don’t mind coming to. It’s always easy and quick. Thanks Dr Shih & Staff! Dr. Shih and his team are wonderful. The braces process was smooth, appointments are fast, and everyone was is kind and welcoming. I always feel well taken care of. I’ve had such a genuinely positive experience with Dr. Shih and his team at Jacksonville Modern Orthodontics—the whole office has a natural sense of happiness and warmth. The team is friendly, attentive, and clearly enjoys what they do, which immediately puts you at ease. They take the time to explain each step of the process and make sure I feel comfortable and informed. Their gentle approach and attention to detail gives me confidence in their treatment without making me feel rushed.
