Very disappointed by the unprofessional service and one particular employee exhibited questionable ethics that made me deeply uncomfortable. The lack of boundaries was alarming. Would say that anyone looking to engage with these services should be very careful about who they are dealing with. Company might want to reconsider who represents their brand. Do not recommend.3. We reached out to Howard at Full Moon for a quote to produce a wealth protection summit for a foreign client at the West Palm Beach Hilton. It was obvious from the outset that he knew and did his job well. He was easy to talk with, answered every question in detailed manner and never tried to sell us. Other companies asked us for the lighting, audio, and video specs. Some proposed their own. We had no idea. Howard developed the specs list, telling us what we needed and didn't need. We were doing this remotely from Los Angeles and Howard, based in Florida, became an even greater asset when he would work closely and frequently with the hotel's special events coordinator to ensure room size and layout was adequate and that the proper equipment would be available. On the day of the event, Howard and his team arrived at 4am, constructed the stage draping, set up projection, video, audio, and lighting. They worked like a cohesive unit, quietly and efficiently. They are also really nice people, genuinely supportive and caring. I had every confidence that the event would be a success because I had every confidence in them to pull it off perfectly and on-time - all of which they did. It's encouraging to work with a company this good, doesn't overcharge yet is willing to go over and above. If I were running an event again, I would hire Howard and Full Moon immediately. There would be no need to look elsewhere.4. I have used them for many years. The video team is consistently creative and excellent to work with. Easy to communicate with and on time execution every time.
