Absolutely horrible management company. Don’t waste your valuable time and money with this unprofessional company. Their communication is very bad and the management is even worse. The staff is ridiculously slow and incompetent. It’s a Veteran owned company from a retired Col. in Colorado but the managers in Tampa, Sue and Won are nowhere near veterans Nor do they know Anything about veterans. Has been reported to the Better Business Bureau for horrible failure in managing property in the Tampa Bay area. Steer clear of this place. There’s way too many great managers for your property. I’m surprised this place still exist it should have been shut down years ago. Looks like many others are running away from this company as well. Do yourself a favor and find another property manager to manage your property.
