Visited the salon in November after seeing they had good offers advertised on the website and seemed really profession and high end, just to experience an NINE HOUR disaster. i should have known it was too good to be true. I would never usually go out of my way to write a bad review but I am still suffering til this day over the mockery they made of my hair. They throw you on anybody that is willing to take you and certain stylists think they’re too boujee to take on certain clients because I came with an offer. Hair stylists need to be open and honest with their clients, if they don’t believe they can achieve something, YOU DO NOT EXPERIMENT ON YOUR CLIENTS LIKE THEY ARE LAB RATS. ESPECIALLY WITH BLEACH.
I am now forced to throw on cheap box hair dye to try to achieve my natural color back until I find someone who actually knows what they’re doing.
