I have over 20 years of experience representing taxpayers in private matters with the IRS. Over the last 20 years, I have addressed all sorts of tax concerns and disputes for individuals and businesses. I represented taxpayers in all aspects of tax collection, auditing, filing, and reporting. Many of my clients have very large tax obligations, while others have not filed tax returns for years. They desire to fix their tax issues with the IRS through sensible Offers in Compromise or construct approaches for managing their tax issues on a long-term and cost-effective basis. Some taxpayers require up to 12 months to straighten up their financial affairs before they can afford to make reasonable monthly payments under an Installment Agreement. Tax audits I have handled have involved criminal as well as civil tax liability and have included substantial penalty and tax liability risks.
