Traci's background is diverse, including teaching, management, business consulting, and coaching. Her combined knowledge and abilities in these areas allow her to advance and connect personal and organizational growth quickly and sustainably. Traci is a graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor of education and master of education and specialist degrees in counseling. She taught education for ten years but transitioned to being an organizational change manager in corporate America after completing her studies.
