She encouraged me to play tournaments and I quickly learned how mental game impacts on performance. I was ranked nationally after I started practicing visualization and other focus techniques. I was then interested in the brain and how it works. My B.A. was earned at Penn State University. in Psychology. With big dreams and hopes, I moved to NEW YORK CITY after I finished my degree. Teaching tennis at The Midtown Tennis Club, Manhattan was my ticket to New York. After being offered two group clinics, I decided to start my own business. My availability was 24/7. Before I knew it, I had my own business, teaching tennis to adults and beginners as well as celebrities. Two years working almost seven days per week for nearly two years, I felt exhausted. Because I was only a tennis player, I didn't know what my future plans were. It was obvious that I needed to build my resume. So I decided to go for a 9-to-5 job. It was my first'real job' at age 25. However, it wasn't something I enjoyed doing. I knew deep down that I didn't want to sit behind a computer screen and wanted to do more for people. It was just that I didn't know what to do.
