Last year, 2023. I drive to Tampa from Orlando to purchase all the necessary car products for my new 2023 Honda Accord LX. An employee by the name of Erick Polanco assisted me with the number of products that were suggested. He took this time to explain what each product does—and tested what kind of paint job the car has. All around, it shows that he cares for his job. Therefore, I was satisfied and still am with all the products that he suggested. My car looks fantastic. In addition, I believe that these products will maintain the original surface from the exterior to the interior.
The only thing I am not happy with is the [spray mechanism of the] bottle itself. It loses its ability to spray, and the spring detaches. Also, due to that, it leaks. Now, I have to see myself having to spend more than $297.05 to purchase empty bottles to place the liquid into. The manufacturer people need to correct that.
