Florida Department of Revenue Child Support Program - Tampa Review Review Title: Poor Customer Service Customer feedback summary: The company has very poor customer service. After five years of dealing with the company, they are rude and provocative. They even went to the extent of double-dipping my child support checks yearly. They know this problem but never rectify it; every year the same issue. I wish I could do something about this, but nothing is forthcoming, and my case is not about to be resolved. I am even thinking of more ways of getting a lawyer to take them to court. I feel so helpless and frustrated because they are inconsiderate, rude, and insincere, even after knowing their fault.
