I DO NOT recommend Max Councill to anyone. I sent him pictures of what I would like in regards to a tattoo and he was very unprofessional and told me verbatim, “Hello. I don’t have time for all of that tomorrow sorry.” I then called him asking if we can schedule an appointment for the following weekend and he went ahead and told me that all of that can be orchestrated via email. First and foremost why not take my appointment over the phone since I was already speaking to you? Secondly why route me to reply back to your email if all you were going to do was ignore my response? Absolute poor customer service. Thankfully, I was able to find a reputable tattoo artist that was willing to take his time out and listen to my wants and needs and schedule an appointment for me to get my tattoo done tomorrow. So sad that this review and Max makes the company look bad as a whole. If you didn’t know how to tattoo my request thats all you had to say. I will never seek services from here again. Do better ppl on who you hire smfh.
