Being self-employed made our mortgage situation much more complicated than usual. We had talked to several mortgage companies that told us they could help us, but unfortunately, we nearly ended constricted to a loan that required a significantly larger down payment and came with a much higher interest rate. A delay in our closing actually afforded us enough time to see if Howard Home Loans could do any better, and boy, am I glad we did. In less than TWO WEEKS, Howard Home Loans had reviewed all of our documents, worked through our complicated self-employed income, secured us a loan with a LOWER interest rate and LOWER down payment, AND STILL got us to the closing table. The fact that they accomplished all of this in under two weeks was amaze. If you are self-employed, have a complicated mortgage, or just want a mortgage company you can trust to do what they say they are going to do and get you to closing on time, I highly suggest reaching out to Howard Home Loans.
