My friend has not received a SINGLE call back even though she paid for absolutely everything, and you were not even able to inform on the appointments there that came into your office. It's an absolute disgrace!! I absolutely do not recommend this place. After you pay, they disappear and don't respond to anything. You are a disgrace and take advantage of immigrants. Communicating with you is impossible, and you never return my call. Please send me the tax information as we agreed yesterday. Es Manuel Eugenio Santana, de Multiservicestampabay, estoy muy enojado con el trato recibido, comunicarse con uds. es nulo, devolver una llamada , nunca. por favor enviemen los taxes, como quedamos ayer. La experiencia de mi esposo y yo no fue para nada buena, muchos errores en los procesos y al final perdida de casi 3 años del proceso por los errores de la oficina. The paralegal, who didn't even have the courtesy to introduce herself or give her name, is terrible. She has such a horrible personality and acts as if you're begging for handouts. I don't recommend it at all; it was a very bad experience! This woman has absolutely no ethics for her work. She gives you a piece of paper and tells you to read it outside, where it says you're a liar, without even knowing you. Don't waste your money, folks! She's a charlatan! That's what she is! Sin etica absoluta para el trabajo el de esta tipa, que te da un papel y te dice leelo afuera, donde dice que te pone que eres una mentirosa y sin tan siquiera conocerte, no boten su dinero señores charlatana!
