Be Careful, please !!! This is the worst company that I have ever met, and I wish I could give them less than zero based on my experience . Since I arrived in the USA, I have never encountered any problems with renting. As a student on a tight budget, I rented a very old apartment recommended by a friend at a low price was build in 1950s, and never remodeled with the owner that my friend knows Before my lease ended, Mynd property management bought the apartments based on outdated pictures taken six years ago. They never bothered to visit the apartments themselves. Near the end of my lease, they sent me a letter demanding an additional $300 on top of the rent. I refused and instead requested to move out within the lease timeframe. However, just one day later, when I asked for a one-day extension, they insisted on charging me $100 extra for the change, After I moved out, they not only withheld my deposit 800$ but also charged me an additional charge. They claimed it was 717.50$ for repainting and 459.32$ for replacing blinds , and 210.16 $ for trash out despite that I have left the place in very clean state , and they have no right to take that money they also over estimating more than when I first arrived , and everything with the same state. It's worth noting that I had already replaced some items using my own money. I strongly advise against renting from this company because they will take your deposit and burden you with unreasonable charges simply because they want. I had no intention of renting from them again even though I did not when I came to the place and their behavior of charging me for things that were not justified .

This is the worst company to rent from. My husband and I moved in to a brand new construction home and upon our arrival, we noticed that the house wasn’t clean, AT ALL!! It had post construction dust everywhere, scraps of wood and had never been professionally cleaned. We were excellent tenants, yet, when we moved out, they charged us an outrageous amount of money from our deposit to “cover damages”. They charged us $450 for vertical blinds that you can get at home depot for maybe $50 for a pack of replacements. We also patched and covered any nail holes we made and we even went to home depot to get the same exact interior paint and fixed the spots on the walls. They also charged us $666.67 to paint the house!! Why should we be paying for something that is the landlord’s responsibility!? Also, they charged us $400 to clean the house when we left it very clean, the only thing that we didn’t have time to clean was the oven, which a cleaning company might charge less than $100 to clean. It seems like Mynd just made some random numbers just to keep our deposit. If i could give this company 0 stars I would. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
