Om Ventures is a private real estate firm that seeks to achieve long-term growth and preserve capital. We specialize in strategic real estate investment, acquisitions, and development across various product types, including residential, retail, healthcare, and hotel assets. Steliyan is the Managing Director of Om Ventures Realty, LLC, offering full-service realty. He is responsible for asset management and company real estate leasing. Steliyan also handles tenant relationships and supervises the physical parts of our real estate investments. Steliyan achieved a BS in Business Management in Europe and a BS in Finance from the University of South Florida.
