Peacock Alley Remodeling

Customer Feedback for Peacock Alley Remodeling in Tampa, Florida: Peacock Alley just finished my master bathroom remodel, and I love it! I was prepared, having heard from friends and family about the nightmare stories of construction work they had done similar to their homes. I was almost ready for war. However, this changed with Michael and Dan. The two were responsive and the team did great work. They were really on top of everything from the beginning to the end. A lot can happen with construction projects and they knew how to handle all of it. I could not have asked for a better experience and I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to update their home. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!! I could not have had a better experience working with Michael and the Peacock Alley team. They are a little more expensive than most of the quotes that I received (not the most expensive), but I’m so glad I went with them! It was worth every penny. It was the only thing I don’t have to worry about on my project the entire time. I’ve been through multiple remodels in my biggest fear is having a bad contractor like I’ve had in the past. I didn’t get that feeling once with him, and although they were some minor hiccups, they handled the best way professionally, and I felt confident in the outcome by the way they jumped to the issue. AND DID IT!! I am in love with every square inch of my house now. I could not recommend them more. Peacock Alley did a wonderful job on our bathroom renovation! We first met with Michael to go over the scope of work, and they followed up with a detailed quote and general timeline. Once we agreed on the timeline, we had a pre-demo meeting to confirm the items we needed to order and worked with their designer to finalize those selections. We ordered our hardware, vanity, lighting, and other materials from several vendors, and Peacock Alley worked with each vendor to coordinate everything and help us navigate the process. As with any renovation, there were a few mix-ups and surprise issues along the way, but Dan and the entire Peacock Alley team were super responsive, professional, and a total pleasure to work with. From demo to being able to use our shower again was about 2.5 months, and we are so happy with the finished bathroom. Peacock Alley was wonderful to have as our general contractor and made our renovation so much easier than it could have been. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a bathroom renovation! The remodel turned out amazing. Michael and Dan were very responsive and detail-oriented. Holly was fantastic with sourcing hardware, wall coverings, lighting, etc. The thing I loved most was that the job doesn’t start until all the materials are gathered and ready for installation, making the process seemless from beginning to end. Highly recommend! Great company, friendly and professional. Highly recommend! Working with Michael was such a great experience from start to finish. He is incredibly efficient, professional, confident, and genuinely a dream to work with. Perhaps one of the things I appreciated most was how communicative he was throughout the entire remodel. I always knew what was happening, what the next steps were, and what to expect along the way. He was great about sending updates, and it made a huge difference during a process that can feel very overwhelming. He was on top of it from the beginning, and while it was a construction project, it never felt that way. It was so well-organized and efficient, and I felt completely confident that everything was being taken care of. He made everything feel so much more manageable and took so much of the stress out of the process. He managed every detail with such professionalism and took the time to clearly explain everything to me every step of the way. He mad...
