The hair salon is exceptional in providing great customer services and satisfaction. Majority of customer reviews were positive. Many customers have acknowledged that the salon meets their expectations and gives them a life-changing experience. The cost for service was manageable and Philip always made it clear to customers. Cleanliness was another issue that most customers were happy with. For example, Philip ensured salon tools were clean while Jessica made the environment welcoming and enjoyable. The salon has a good location that appeals to various customers. In particular, there are many customers it serves from outside Tampa owing to its central location.
