Our recreational gymnasts strengthen their bodies, increase flexibility, and practice vault, bars, beam, and tumbling. They are taught coordination and muscle control to safely advance in the sport. Our competitive team is highly competitive in the state. Our team competes via USAG and specializes in the 4 apparatuses, developing mentally strong competitors and fantastic team players.
