More than 25 years of clinic experience with families and children make Dr. Greenstein a specialist. Dr. Greenstein offers individual, group, and family therapy at TBFTC, as well as supervision to all of our Psychologists, Therapists, and Staff. His expertise is in treating children with Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, anxiety disorders, Asperger's disorder, as well as general behavioral and emotional problems. Before beginning the Tampa Bay Family Therapy Center, Dr. Greenstein headed Psychological Services for the Child Development Center at the Children's Hospital of St. Joseph's. Post-graduate of CUNY in New York, doctor Greenstein attended Florida State University for his Master's and Ph.D. degrees in Child and School Clinical Psychology. After completing Pediatric Psychology and Family Therapy courses, he did a National Medical Center internship at Children's Hospital. Two years of post-doctoral training followed at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic, Pittsburgh, where he oversaw the outpatient task at Attention-deficit Disorder Clinic. TBFTC's training and philosophy represent Dr. Greenstein's belief in the practice of cognitive-behavioral and behavioral techniques. Our team is dedicated to advocating for children in school, working closely with parents, and cooperating with physicians to monitor the therapeutic effects of pharmacological interventions.
