Tribeca Salon

These people will lie until their socks fall off. I have been going to Nicole for about two years, yes I appreciated her service and had high respect for her until the day she literally fried my hair from the root down. Please see pictures and be your own judge/photos are posted on their google and yelp account since I cant add any on here... . I went to see her personally right after my hair color/highlights appointment because my hair strands stood to the side and my hair seemed to be breaking and knotting from the root down, dry like wheat with no life left. Nicole calmed me down and said no worries just use your moisturizing masks and it will be ok. Mind you by now my hair was breaking but Nicole only said you know we lose 100 hairs a day so no worries. A week later I went to see my other hair stylist for a haircut and she told me that my hair is indeed breaking and there is no way to saving it as my hair was literally fried. When she calmed through my wet hair she showed me a huge clump of my hair coming out and said see you can take that to your hairdresser. I was so down and mad because I just went to see Nicole after my me getting my highlights done and she assured me that there is no breakage yet here is my hairdresser telling me how she put the highlights through from the root till down my hair and fried my hair. I called the salon and was told Stephanie would call me the next day. Next day comes and Stephanie calls, she did not even listen to what I was saying about my hair breakage, she only kept on going over the message I wrote Nicole about her fixing my color and that I'm happy with it. I told Stephanie that I also said in the message that I'm truly worried about my hair breaking and something is not right yet for about 8 minutes Stephanie continuously kept on talking about me talking about being happy with the service and saying so. Again and again I told Stephanie that I mentioned the breakage in the message and that Nicole assured me that its only dry and in need of moisture and that after I went to see my hairstylist a week later for a haircut she confirmed that my hair is indeed breaking. So anyways the phone call ended with me saying that I will drive back to the salon and that Stephanie will take a look at my hair and if she sees breakage I receive a refund. Mind the salon is a 40 min drive from me and that by now I spent additional 200 dollars for k18 on top of the 350 I paid in the salon for service, cut and hair treatments trying to fix my hair as much as possible. So for the 3 time I go to the salon, Stephanie looks at it and saying that its fixable with a good wash lol. My hair strands are literally standing to the side from the root till down and hair is breaking yet this woman is still denying the fact that my hair is breaking not to mention that she is still running her mouth about me being so happy with the service in my message acting again like I never addressed the issue of my hair breaking. Like are you deaf? I don’t care about the color and I was not assured of the breakage by a professional till after I saw Nicole and wrote the message. I'm posting a picture of my hair so that you can see for yourself what I'm talking about together with the messages exchange between me and Nicole the hairdresser that fried my hair. Please check the other google reviews as well because its normal Tribeca policy to deny and standing ignorant behind their hairdressers you can put the bacon under their nose they will still standing there and denying smelling anything. These people are pathetic, not trust worthy not to mention that a hair stylist that wants over a 100 bucks an h, supposedly full of experience should never fry your hair and this woman left bleach on my hair for full 2 hours! scammers is not the word, these people only care about money not their customers
