Took my golden doodle a few days ago and recognized he came matted, and even though I like him fluffy, the groomer informed me that keeping it short was the best choice to avoid tugs and skin irritation in my pet, which I deeply appreciated; sometimes it is not what we want but what is best for our pets. This place is amazing, and everyone here is very professional. I will return whenever I can. Thank you for your service and professionalism. 2. if i could i would give zero stars. My dog was a little matted and is a cavapoo he looked like a little teddy bear. I came back with a shaved dog doesn’t even look like the dog i came in with. I’m not coming back here stop shaving dogs i could’ve done this at home. He doesn’t even look like a poodle. Place should be out of business get better and don’t be lazy shaving dogs just cause they’re matted 3. This location does wonderful cat nail trims, thank you. 4. Bad , poorly trained or experienced groomer, my dog is young and restless , then she suggested I should medicated him for grooming , didn’t do the face because he was “freaking Out”. Overall bad experience 5. Great store! 6. We took our cat here for grooming and had the most amazing experience! Caroline gave him a full groom and he looks and smells so good! The entire staff was great and the building was so clean and cute! 10/10 experience, couldn’t recommend them more! 7. I have 2 yorkie girls, and my groomers Caroline and Cara did such a great job with them! They took my requests and applied them beautifully to my girls and I rebooked with them in 2 months! 8. Caroline L. was absolutely amazing taking care of our cat Winston! He was so well taken care of and pampered. He had an amazing time. Very clean, extremely personable and professional.
