They botched a social media campaign we had for our firm which had specific goals and they failed to deliver as they promised and also on time, not to mention the expense. The cost of the social media marketing does not at all justify the low quality of the social media services we received, We had to demand outside services to rectify the mess they created and therefore put me behind schedule, maybe next time, the company should hire more diligent staff who know what is relevant for a particular business instead of just spewing catch phrases to sell their services to unsuspecting business owners, very disappointed. 2. This group is very professional, friendly and get results. We have been with them for almost 4 years. 3. Derek and his team are amazing to work with.
