Customer Feedback Report: Alex was terrific and went above and beyond what was expected of him. He gave me some options and provided some insights and advice. He could have easily said he would provide a quote and charge me for him coming out. Instead, he was honest enough to say, it was not a costly problem, and provided some guidance to either fix it myself or to use a handyman to get the work done. I truly appreciate his professionalism and honesty. Highly recommended. Alex and his team are incredible. Andrea ( our service person) was by far great, courteous, and professional. This was a very large mold remediation project, and they handled it professionally from start to finish. They went above and beyond, were always responsive, and did excellent work. We truly appreciate everything they did for us and highly recommend them to anyone needing mold remediation services. I was very happy with Alex and Andre's work ethic , professionalism, thoroughness and above all, their communication. I was pleased with how well Andres, the tech who performed the investigation, communicated with me throughout the process. He sent videos and photos and always replied within an hour. When he couldn't get back to me with an answer, he communicated this to me. When you are going through a mold/water damage situation, communication and reliability in a contractor can make all the difference. I noticed a leak under my flooring and reached out to All Dry for an estimate for leak detection services. Alex responded promptly and his project manager, Andres, came out to look at the issue later that same evening. The next day I got a quote from another company but ultimately chose All Dry due to the superior customer service from Alex and Andres from the very beginning. I ended up needing mold remediation services and working with Andres was great. He was patient in answering my numerous questions, fully explained the process to me, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. It is stressful to deal with issues like this as a homeowner, but what helps is working with a company that is responsive, attentive and patient. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do, I would definitely reach out to them again for help.
