However, in the near future, my expectation is for complete customer satisfaction, especially if a minor detail is missed without my requesting such (speaking specific to (2) very important letters missing from a decal). (1 star) I placed an order on 10/25, and the items weren’t fully available until 11/24. The site states a 12–15 business day turnaround, so on the 12th day I reached out to check the status. The order wasn’t completed, and I was told to call back the next day—then the day after that. When I called again, they were still missing a shirt, though they offered to meet me to pick up the items that were ready. I couldn’t pick up the three available items at that time, and it ended up taking another two weeks just to get one more shirt (which wasn’t even the texture we wanted). I requested a refund for the difference, and while Troy agreed, it felt like something that wouldn wouldn’t have been offered if I hadn’t brought it up. At one point he emailed me, and even though I replied immediately, I had to follow up days later just to find out they still didn’t have the shirt.
