This note is to brag about one of the caregivers named Katrina. She genuinely cares about my mother and her well being. She goes the extra mile always and gives my mum much love and attention, not only is my mother saying that but also my sisters. Katrina is a special lady for us. I would also like to acknowledge Keisha and Monet for being kind and taking good care of my mother. Thank you Inspired Living and everyone else who takes care of my mother (Feedback, 2022). Another positive review from the customer is: We only had been there for 2 months and Glen Thomas, the Front desk concierge went above and beyond for us. The package also was very important was not labeled correctly from Amazon yet he went out of his way to locate for my mom. but beyond that he put the shower chair together himself and brought it to my mom. This was wonderful of him and he is an exemplary, kind asset here (Feedback, 2022). The third review is Positive, and it stated: I recently inadvertently deleted a review I posted. My Mom lives at Inspired Living in Alpharetta. What separates this facility from others is the genuinely caring employees. From Glenn and Sue at the front desk - who both obviously love their jobs. To Olivia the cleaning person who takes such pride in taking care of Mom's room - even making the bed like Mom wants it. There are always some bad apples and people who are lazy in any work place and hopefully the new management is working on improving that. The caregivers on the day shift are the best! Especially Katrina. She loves on my Mom and will give her tough love when merited. My sisters and I know not to worry about Mom when we know Katrina's there. The medtechs - Joyce and recently promoted Keisha. I've personally witnessed Joyce caringly spoon feeding Mom her meds on a random day that she didn't want her pills. The in-house PT peops. Inparticularly Bryan and Meanu (they are all great but my interaction is mainly these 2). Genuinely caring! They truly enjoy their interactions with the residents and take time to chat with their families as well. No place is perfect. There is room for improvement. I'm disappointed in the lack of the barbershop/hair salon hours. Having one in the facility was a selling point for us. They have been going thru management changes and seem to go thru executive directors. I never know who to direct my inquiries to and recently got notice of another price increase. Between a rock and a hard place. Can't really move her at this point. The good people and care out weigh the price increase and the trauma of another move (Feedback, 2022).
