He did an awesome job and even fixed what someone else messed up. 10. Our technician was honest and didn't try to upsell me. He went up to my roof to inspect and found that the dryer vent filter was the problem. The filter was blocked by the cling film that should have been removed when they installed it. I fully expected to have to replace the cap. Thank you for your honesty and hard work Mama Bear Dryer Vent Clean. 11. Steven was super responsive and professional. He listened to me when I told him I thought the birds were still living in my vent, and he came back today, even though he was packing to go on vacation. He didn't find birds (I misheard them nesting on the side of the house), but he was just as pleasant and helpful the second time as he was the first. Steven did what he said he would do and went above and beyond. I appreciate it.
