Carver School of the Arts

At Carver School of the Arts, we unlock every student’s potential by nurturing their expertise and power. Our project-based, real-world, culturally integrated curriculum provides enrichment that makes learning and growing fulfilling. Our positive environment and culture provide an atmosphere and services for students and their loved ones. I am Shambril Manago, and it is an honor to be the Parent Liaison for the 2022-2023 school year. As a Parent Liaison, my intention is to reinforce Purpose-Built Schools Atlanta families by promoting holistic engagement that promotes healing and opportunities for individual advocacy. I also aim to establish powerful relationships between caregivers within their neighborhoods. I aim to make parenting and guardianship easy as anyone can access the necessary information to support their child academically. Being a part of an institution committed to realizing the vision that all Carver STEAM Academy scholars are LIFE-ready needs me to provide my services whenever necessary. I am available during school hours between 8 am and 4 pm. You can also find me at the Parent Resource Center in room E209 of the Archives Building.
