Trinh called back in a few minutes and after hearing my predicament told me he would come in specially and open his business to print this single important document. The quality was exceptional especially for the price. I realized I had forgotten a "U" on the logo after approving the design. This time we made a major mistake and forgot to pack the nylon cover for our booth backdrop. This was brought to my attention while in transit at 2:00 PM on a Wednesday. With a 100% positive "can do" attitude and minimal communication (I was in transit), I arrived at my booth at 8:00 AM with the replacement already in my booth.
