LAS has six offices in London. They have eight areas of practice. Although they have different areas of practice, our aim is the same. Responsive design, technical expertise, and exceptional service. We want to offer our clients the best facilities and locations ever. The LAS portfolio includes over 50 projects which comprise but are not limited to, museums, art centers, multifamily housing, mixed-use projects and government buildings. We provide a range of services including master planning, programming, design, construction administration and facility management support. Our design team, which includes licensed architects, interior and landscape designers, cost estimating architects, and land planners, has worked with a variety of construction and design projects. We have won more than 350 awards, including three R & D Magazine Laboratory of the Year Awards and several special mentions. Engineering News-Record's (ENR Magazine) Top 500 Design Firms List has recognized the firm for 11 years. The firm is now at 88th place on ENR's Top 100 Green Design Companies list. Numerous publications have also named the firm a Top Green Design company more than fifteen times. Our goal at LAS is to design buildings that positively affect their occupants and regenerate the surrounding environment. It is our hope to transform the way facilities and locations are built. LAS began developing sustainable practices in the early 1990s. We started to view buildings as systems. We started to believe that building performance could be optimized by being analytically based. LAS took on The 2030 Challenge to reduce global energy usage in major building renovations and new buildings by 50%. This was in light of the fact that there was a climate crisis. LAS was one of the first 20 architecture firms to receive a JUST label in February 2017. The JUST Program promotes transparency between participating organizations. Organizations share 22 indicators about their employees and businesses. The JUST Program aims to provide ample information to organizations so their policies can improve social responsibility and encourage employee involvement.
