John Lueder began practicing community association litigation and law after law school in 1995. With over nine years of experience in 2004, he founded The Lueder Law Firm LLC. Joe Larkin joined in 2006, while Brendan Hunter came on as the practice grew. The name was changed to Lueder, Larkin & Hunter, LLC in 2010. Currently, the firm practices community association law and collections. It also does civil litigation defense.
Our clients in marine law include off-shore operations and brown water. The client list has barge owners and operators, towboat owners and operators, line haul operators, and cargo interests. We also represent fleets and stevedores as well as terminals. Off-shore clients include natural resource exploration firms, diving companies, vessel owners and operators, dredge operators, construction firms, and the country’s only deepwater port.
