ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

Customer Testimonial Digest: 1. I genuinely think this company could be amazing if they had better staff working. I had many terrible experiences, and the way I left with zero notice while 27 weeks pregnant should never happen to anyone. Staff needs training and more supervision. I am just glad I am out of there; this place added to my trauma and stress.2. I am a current resident at the P. A. D. V. This shelter has been nothing but a blessing. I do not know where I will be without the amazing advocates and staff. I am so grateful for my new life. Thank you so much Michele and everyone involved at P.A.D.V. So, I am back to leave a second review. It has been almost 2 years since I wrote this review... and when I got there, it was weird, but it felt like home. I grew up in Atlanta. I am a white girl.. old lady 48 now. I was very much into the rave scene in the 90s-2000s. My family life was always in chaos. Long story short...I got methed up. Meth really changed my view of things and reality for the next decades. It got me into the wrong crowd. I ended up being beaten and even having a gun to my head. It did not fire. God is good!!! Right now, I am living in a beautiful apartment and did free thanks to PADV. Michelle, Ms. Connie and Ellie and my African mamma they was running the place. Good bless to all you wonderful women that make us whole and safe again. I love you from the bottom of my heart. I wish you all blessings. With you, I now face my family that had long shut me down. I was nothing to them. Now they accept me back and I feel at home with them. I couldn't have done it without you.3. I will never stop talking about this place and how much they came through me and my son as they promised. We have our freedom from them.4. I am humbled by the work of PADV, they really changed our lives and we cannot afford to go back to all those memories.5. I will not lie and say that the program itself is bad. I mean it’s not that bad, but the staff sometimes just do not care... like last night, Liz told me that she was gonna call me back, but I never heard any information from them. I am on my own on the streets, and I am in danger of being abused again. The only person who has ever done anything is Liz. PADV, please wake up and do your job because my child and I are in serious danger!!!
