Customer reviews quick view: 1. Called to book a dental appointment after a couple of years. Contact person was not friendly and complained that I had various missed appointments before. Mentioned that if I missed, I wouldn’t book again, and it felt like a threat. When I inquired further about the said appointments, she dates back to almost five years ago! So, it seems unnecessary to remind about a few years ago. She could have advised me to keep in touch and see if I need to reschedule other than missing an appointment intentionally.2. Very bad, no next time.4. I know this place because they have been my dentist for 10 years, my husband’s dentist, and my in-laws (since my Father-in-law was young). They had problems back in the day, messing with my teeth without my consent - treat it as you will. But they won me over when they helped my check my 8-year-old’s teeth when our pediatric dentist is MIA since Friday (that’s another story.) They took x-rays we needed and said they will reach out to our new pediatric dentist and work a game plan to get treatment needed a.s.a.p. for his back teeth that aren’t doing good. (Prophylactic antibiotics he had to take for ... So nice and smiling and clean and welcoming. The Dentist was VERY helpful and addressed all my concerns. I’m very nervous at the dentist but I have to say it was an excellent experience, and I will be back. Got a permanent filling after root canal. Done fast, no pain, yayyyy I recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. The dentists are great and the office staff, too. I have been a patient here since the early 2000’s Dr Vernon Moldavian and his staff are always patient, kind, and caring on every visit they provided me with excellent care they always treat me with kindness and respect. I could not ask for a better group of professionals. Thank you Augusta Dental Associates!
