Client Testimonials Review 1. Pam Brown, a team member at Law Office of Mark Shelnutt and William Kendrick, exhibited rude and unprofessional behavior during our conversation about my occurrence. It was shocking, and Pam was defensive, rude, raised her voice and used abusive language towards me, ending the call abruptly. I was calm and respectful, but Pam's reaction was unacceptable. Pam had no respect for me as a client. In the past the case manager I have interacted with have been compassionate and respectful, Pam has really let me down. I hope the law office will address this and that nobody experiences what I went through due to the disrespect and unprofessionalism I received. Review 2. Please don't go to this office if you have the means to afford a great law firm. I was basically screwed over. I had a charge that came from the state of NJ when i was 19 years old that was 25 years ago to the date, during this time residing in the state of Ga. After returning to court for 4 years back in fourth in which I was able to resolve some charges which were misdemeanors without obtaining a felony charge, with the assistance the court appointed attorney in NJ. Mr.Shelnutt made me take a plea bargin and told the courts i was a convicted felon. He tried to convince me that i had slid through life with this on my record telling me I had dodged a bullet, but I've been able to obtain employment with security a job required an ABC license which I was able to get for 6 years and worked for the school board. But as of now, I have to re-evaluate my life to what's next for me with the new responsibilities that come with being a convicted felon. I would say for those who think they know what the next person is thinking about themselves, you may need to understand what it feels like to not be in someone else shoes and you do not have to pay for anything when it's out of guilt but appreciation. Mr.Shelnutt has a great team, but when it's time to fight please don't back down or try to convince a person to be something they're not but what you want them to be. Review 3. Mr. Shellnutt is very good at what he does. He helped me during a very difficult time when other attorneys wouldn't touch my case due to the complexities involved. He went against state and federal laws that most attorneys didn't want to touch but he was not afraid to. He did whatever it took to make sure that he got me the best possible outcome. This was very important to me because when I first consulted with him, I was not very optimistic about my prospects. He was very trustworthy and professional throughout a very difficult experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a criminal defense attorney who will fight hard for their rights and who has a deep understanding of complex legal issues. Review 4. When I say that I believe Mr. Kendrick is not only one of the best lawyers in the state of Georgia absolutely, but in the United States too I sincerely mean that. I trust him and know should I need a lawyer again he’s the one I’m calling. He’s a pit bull in the courtroom and doesn’t quit until he gets his clients the best possible outcome. He’s also very aggressive and takes no BS when dealing with the courts. He’s one of the hardest working attorneys I believe I’ve ever come across. He has the mentality of a lion when it comes to winning. I know that unless I went with the best I wouldn’t have gotten the best. Review 5. Mr. Shellnut was a God send for him helping me with my loved one's case. He went above and beyond to get my loved one out of a crappy situation. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. He truly worked harder than he had to and went out of his way to make things go as smooth as possible. I appreciate everything he did for us and would highly recommend him to anyone who needed help with a loved one's criminal case.
