I look forward to working with him in the future.2. pricing was fair and cometitive; but the quality and execution of work was not up to par. Several areas were inconsistently, and lacked detail the necessary trade skillsets to produce a quality result. As an example, areas of window trim accents were not properly scraped, primed, which required a second coat of paint.3. Leo and the guys did a good job, pressure wash , repair dry rot, squirrel damage and peeling paint. hard working crew . the house looks great .4. Jordan and his crew were excellent. Polite, clean, and efficient! They accurately communicated their plan for getting my store painted and left the workspace tidier than when they started. 10/10.5.
