Client Reviews: A long-standing relationship For almost 25 years, I've known Ellene. She is my go-to when anyone has any Social Security claim or trouble. Her team is fast to reply and Ellene is a caring and dedicated lawyer. AVOID WASTE of time and money If I could give Ellene Welsh Law 0 stars, I would. Ellene will waste your time and money. Ellene only cares about herself, not you. She did the minimum for my case, encouraged me to take a low offer, and when I didn't, she dropped me and put a LEIN on my case!!! It was easy for Ellene to drop me because she never cared about my case - she only cared about getting her money from my pain and suffering. Her mediation was terrible. Ellene said I didn't need a PPD (PPD rating is a crucial factor that greatly affects settlement amount) even though any competent attorney will tell you that if you don't have a PPD, you may be leaving money on the table. In my case, Ellene's offer was LESS than my PPD entitlement ALONE, the one she said I didn't need. A REAL attorney Mr. Seth Butler was able to get more than DOUBLE Ellene in less than six months. Her staff is inconsistent and unprofessional. Her staff would rather discuss their health instead of my case. The communication was worse from both Ellene and her staff. Their incompetence made me lose simple benefits like mileage reimbursement. WC is hard - hiring a terrible attorney like Ellene will Augustine. Bye 0 lawyer Flag review
