PrintingATL Customer Feedback: 1. perfect2. Our church ordered flyers but was late. I made a second order and paid ahead. I called the gentleman that answered the phone hung up and blocked my call. We wanted business signs and asked for a proof, owner Tony said they don't do that. Said he didn't know how to design a proof. I said proceed and print the signs. I asked him if he knew how to print our logo on the sign with a margin and size, he said yes. When I went to pick it up, the logo was printed on the sign with no margin, the color was gray. The color was not black as we wanted, I asked for a 2-inch margin top and bottom, he asked for $40 for the error (first $288). I paid, emailed him to correct the color, he didn't respond. I called him, he yelled at me, I asked him to refund, he refused and hanged up. Bad experience with unprofessional service.8. In the past, PrintingATL was successful. This place is the answer to my ADD & Procrastinating nature to print my Marketing materials at the last minute.13.
