Brittany (dental assistant) provided care and understanding and moved at a pace that was good for me. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. If you are looking for a new dentist, please check them out. The times are convenient for your work schedule and they are open on Saturday! You will not be disappointed. Everyone cares deeply and live what they do! Everyone was really nice and helpful! They made the whole experience easy and welcoming, and their prices were great too. I definitely recommend them! The vibs were level and chill when I came thru the door. It was a Saturday and I just got off work, the pain started. I called them was scheduled in in just a few hours. Wow. I didn't have to wait long at all to be seen. Everyone was professional. I was blown away with a full head scan of my teeth. He not only told me the problems I had but connected the dots on other issues I never would have put together. I felt safe with what he was telling me because it made sense. Going back to have two extractions done on same day. I'm nervous. We will see how it goes then. I can't wait to feel better. The entire staff was kind, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. They did a thorough job cleaning my son’s teeth and gums, and I really appreciated how they took the time to set him up with a plan for future visits to keep his oral health on track. Overall, a very positive experience. I definitely recommend Grinville to anyone looking for a friendly and professional dental office for their family. The only thing I would give a heads up to is there are some aspects where you may not be able to use your insurance but they offer third party options like care credit.
