Three years of nothing! 3. I don't recommend Rita Roberts until next year. She aspired to be the estate/probate home sale attorney, and we were the buyers; the house shouldn't have been sold before the estate was probated. She and her client should have told us that a few weeks before the sale failed, not a week before. The law firm kept our money and the contract for two months before, the revelation that the sale was impossible. You can't sell a home until you officially manage an estate. So, the estate client shouldn't have sold it after signing as an administrator before Rita wasalso? Not the estate attorney for the incident who spent money on an apparently legal deal that never closed. Please advise the buyer before an unofficial sale ¡ª I spent like $7000. Ms Roberts had given me personal judgments. The sale wasn't official till my lawyer checked it. 4. Amazing attorney! Rita and her staff are great! I have had six real estate sales and several drafted contracts in a business sale where the business survived. The staff are polite, show initiative, and respond quickly. We've had some misunderstandings because I took my eye off the estate sale, but I would trust it with my deals. I do not think it was perfect, but I trust in many situations. I did not fault the lawyer (Rita) for this unforeseen estate. I should have reminded prospective buyers when the sales contract was signed that the sale was void.
