My wife recently had a SASI weight loss surgery performed by Dr. Cris, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care she received. From the very beginning, Dr. Cris was incredibly professional, kind, and took the time to answer all of our questions, which gave us a lot of confidence. The entire medical team was outstanding. They kept our family informed throughout the whole process, and that meant a lot to us. The nurses and staff were compassionate, attentive, and always made sure my wife felt comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I had the pleasure of working with their newest member and she was so sweet. I know she will do well. PA Malik walked me through everything answered all my questions and assured me that I am making the best choice. And the insurance girl answered all my questions and even told me some things I could do to try get my procedure sooner if approved. I had another consultation for a different doctor and I cancelled it as the team here made me feel overwhelmingly comfortable and took care of everything I needed to start this journey. I had a procedure done at this location and I felt safe and secure with the entire team from start t finish. It was a smooth process without me knowing the process was finished. I thought it never started. I was on my was to the surgery room and all I remember was the doctor talking and I was out. I woke up and I didn’t feel much pain from the surgery. II didn’t have any issues at all and recommend anyone seeking any type of services to proceed at this clinic.The care is Amazing.. My family.
