I don’t have much hope for my sofa and chairs and he made them look brand new. Can’t recommend this company and David enough! Also, I called on 5/22 and they came in 5/235. Upon further evaluation, it seems that the final result was not met. I had anticipated a rug shampoo to offer a respectable level of cleaning. My rug does not appear “cleaner” to me, but this did not worry me much since it is a high-traffic area rug. However, I carried out my basic little green device to the carpet after their departure, and I am surprised at the outcome (the image is shown). I think the shampooing was entirely ineffective and not worth the $250. If you need to “clean” a rug, I would recommend searching for a different service. The tech was pleasant, but the outcome is not visible for this type of cleaning. Since the rug is thin, I would not use this service for real carpet.6. My upholstery cleaning service today with Ramone was so professional. I didn’t know what to expect, but he removed some stubborn stains on my cream-colored sectional, making it look new again. He also cleaned my bed upholstery. Both items had been in the storage, so my space feels refreshing. I will definitely hire them again.7.
