Orange Blossom Med Spa

Orange Blossoms has good reviews. But, my experience was bad. I contracted them through Groupon for 8 lipo sessions. At the end of 8 sessions I did not have any success, none, did not lose a clothes size as promoted by Paula. At the conclusion of the 7th session, we discussed extending the treatments at no cost, once we saw success, I would resume paying for the treatments. Paula agreed, but she was overruled by her partner, who demanded payment with each treatment. I said I would write a review telling my story, the partner didn't care, it was perceived as a threat. Negative reviews don't help a business, I wasn't keen on writing the review. I texted Paula several times about a compromise, no answer, Later I agreed to pay as we went based on the Groupon price, no answer. I called several times today (12.08.23) to again see if there was a possible compromise. No answer. So, I write this review. I think the sad part of my experience is the inability to solve this issue before I write this review, it could have been. I don't think "the partner" had any desire to do so, and didn't care. Paula was great too work with. If she could have made the decisions, you would not be reading this. But, I guess business at OB Med Spa is so good that one bad customer experience makes little difference. Buyer beware.
