Zerorez Feedback Analysis
Feedback 1: Availability was examined as 3-6, but I stressed on 4pm. The following day, a company rep called and said different appointments did not book, and wanted to know if they could come early but I explained our absence and if they could come at the agreed time, he agreed. Unfortunately, rep canceled an appointment and became incommunicado, a communication lapse had us inconvenienced. I had to clean my carpet due to an important meeting, and these experiences made it difficult for the process to be completed.

Feedback 3: Cameron Finley came out the same day I called to clean carpets of an entire home before moving in and he was a phenomenal technician. He did a great job and was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend Zerorez and this particular technician!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
