Jacob is the best! Everything about working with him has been the best experience advertising/marketing. Even with the troubles, I've had so much fun working with him. I trust him with anything and everything he recommends. He made me feel like part of the marketing team trying to get the best returns on ads. Thank you so much, Jacob! P.S. When I first called Hibu, I was excited to hear they wanted to help me with my online presence to help generate new revenue streams. Oddly enough for a company that promotes marketing to improve google impressions, it took me a lot of work to find their google business profile. I wish we would have checked the reviews here and the BBB before signing up. The company claimed they would be on the cutting edge of our field, keep me posted in terms of direction and results, and so much more. In nearly one year, I've had thousands of dollars go to these guys for nothing- not even $100 of revenue generated from their "Services". They low key need investigated at this point. They told me I would get this and that, always falling short. First, they said they would generate a free Google Business Profile Page- 3.5 mos later, they told me I paid for it. Even when they gave me a link to my Google Listing- it was broken, linking not to my business but to a different business that They had messed up. This is when I started to realize they don't know Do not sign up with them for anything, it's a total disaster. My business is Gold Coast Pools. Low key setting up Jared from Hibu. The only way I'd be satisfied is if I got a full refund from these clowns. My rep was great Robin but I should've known better. I wish I would've known what I didn't know before I signed up. She was nice but the company is an absolute disaster. The only way I'd be satisfied is if I could get a refund it's the least they can do, Otherwise I'm not going to sue for the small amount that you've collected, even though it's way too much for anyone to Bear/ $800-900 a month for absolutely nothing produced. Most frustrating experience from a company that supposedly is the best and is absolutely the worst.
