Mr.Tompkins disregarding our time of need, and grieving by refusing to return our phone calls. Or simply sending a letter or notice of client cancellation. All the while he made promise to take our case letting us know the process takes about a month before things can move forward. We were devastated to find out he did absolutely nothing to even start our case! I truly hope nothing terrible has happen to him! But you’d think someone would have called in a two month time span to let us know he wasn’t able to work on our case. Very very poor customer service! Highly do not recommend! 1 star 5.
